East Lycoming, Jersey Shore, Keystone Central, Loyalsock, Montoursville, Montgomery, Muncy, South Williamsport, and Williamsport.
District Leadership Meeting (Comprised of District Committee and Commissioners’ Staff)
This breakout style meeting is held at the Messiah Lutheran Church, 324 South Howard St., South Williamsport, PA 17702 on the 1st Thursday of every month. Commissioners Meeting begins promptly at 6 p.m. and is followed by the District Committee Meeting at 7 p.m.

Roundtables
This meeting of all of the leaders of the Bald Eagle District takes place at 7 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of every month. This meeting takes place at Messiah Lutheran Church, 324 South Howard St., South Williamsport, PA 17702.
